Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to GSL Soccer Stars! We are thrilled to have you and your child join our football academy. To ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for all participants, we have established the following club policy for parents and kids:

Parents Section:

1. **Field Access:** Parents are not allowed on the football field while sessions are ongoing. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety and focus of all participants during training. If there is anything urgent short of a medical emergency, please first try to talk to the Venue Administrator before rushing onto the field.

2. **Supportive Environment:** Parents are encouraged to applaud and encourage kids from the designated parents area. Your positive reinforcement plays a crucial role in boosting the confidence and morale of our young athletes.

3. **No Negative Comments:** We uphold a strict policy against negative comments. We believe in fostering a constructive and encouraging atmosphere for all players, coaches, and parents alike.

4. **Timeliness:** Parents are encouraged to bring kids to the field at least 15 minutes before the lesson commences. This allows ample time for children to warm up in our designated area before the session begins.

5. **Supervision:** While kids are on the football field, they are under the supervision of Soccer Stars staff. We kindly request parents to be patient and allow our coaches to handle any issues that may arise. Football is an intense game, and some rough play may occur, but rest assured, our staff is equipped to manage it effectively.

6. **Pick-Up Protocol:** As soon as the session is over, kindly collect your kids at the regular collection spot. If you anticipate being late, please inform our staff in a timely manner so that we can make appropriate preparations.

**Kids Section:**

1. **Independent Thinking:** At Soccer Stars, we prioritize the development of independent thinking in our young players. We encourage kids to think for themselves and make decisions on the field, even if it means making mistakes along the way.

2. **Fun First:** Football is meant to be fun! We believe in allowing kids to explore the game and express themselves creatively before imposing too many rules. Embracing the joy of playing is essential for fostering a lifelong love for the sport.

3. **Learning from Mistakes:** We understand that failure is a natural part of the learning process. Therefore, we encourage kids to embrace failure as an opportunity to learn and grow. Making mistakes is not only acceptable but also encouraged as it helps develop resilience and problem-solving skills.

4. **Leadership and Communication:** At Soccer Stars, we prioritize the development of leadership, communication, and other social skills. We encourage kids to organize themselves come match time. Parents are kindly requested to be patient and allow the Captains time to organize their teams and set their positions.
