At GSL Soccer Stars, we strive to provide the best football training experience for our young athletes while maintaining fairness and consistency in our policies. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations:
- **Make-Up Sessions:**
– We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need for rescheduling training sessions. To accommodate such situations, we offer make-up sessions.
– Make-up sessions are only provided if we receive notification at least 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment date. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
– Requests for make-up sessions should be communicated directly to our administrative team via phone or email.
- **Cancellations:**
– Cancellations are subject to our policy, which requires valid reasons supported by documentation.
– We do not entertain cancellations without proper justification. Parents or guardians must provide proof of the reason for cancellation, such as a doctor’s certificate or other relevant documentation.
– Upon receipt of valid documentation, we will review the request and assess the eligibility for a refund or rescheduling.
- **Refund Process:**
– Refunds are issued based on the merit of the cancellation request and adherence to our policy guidelines.
– If a cancellation meets the criteria outlined in our policy, we will initiate the refund process promptly.
– Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Kindly note the following will apply in case your refunds is approved
5% Bank charges
5% Admin fees
- **Exceptions:**
– In exceptional cases, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our standard policy. However, any deviation from the policy will be at the discretion of Soccer Stars management.
- **Communication:**
– We encourage open communication between parents, guardians, and our administrative team regarding any issues related to scheduling, cancellations, or refunds.
– Please reach out to us promptly if you encounter any challenges or require assistance regarding our policies.
By enrolling in Soccer Stars, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refunds and Cancellations Policy. Our aim is to ensure a fair and transparent process for all participants while maintaining the quality and integrity of our football academy.
